I am attemtpting to setup a number of school computers to output clarity data into Capture Polar so they can demo their creation in real time. I have installed Clarity, Polar Capture and created a Loopback network adapter. I have set this adapter as the default input in Capture Polar but no items are appearing in Universes in the right side column. When I use the usual LAN network adapter, however, I can see an item in the right side box (ArtNet Universe 1) which I can click. It gives me options to 'Connect to selected project universe' (which is greyed out) and 'MA-net' which allows me to specify the MA-net config. How do I get Capture Polar to show this data? I'm pretty new to this software and have been assigned the task of configuring it all. Can you provide some suggestions or assistance? Also, am I right in saying the ArtNet is the protocol used to carry the data?

Hi Stuart,
I think you're on the right way! ArtNet sounds right with Clarity and it's good that they show up on the right hand side. Capture should be mapping project universes 1:1 automatically, so connecting the ArtNet universes shouldn't be necessary. Rather than explaining the entire thing here, I recommend that you check out our first video tutorials (links under Support)!
