I am looking to be able to move the camera view around as I try to record a song to show a client but have no idea how to do so I use Argo is there a youtube on how to make this happen

In each of the views, Alpha, Beta,... settings you can patch the camera. Once patched you can control the camera with a lighting console and let it move around.

Great but in a Hog or MA Desk What should I look for in order to patch it as in the lighting desk

Fixture files are created by the Lighting Console Manufacturer. So they can tell you.

So do we have a DMX charting for the camera I will have to build the file into the desks

Page 16 of the reference manual would appear to have what you need. You do need the extended version for this functionality according to the comparison table.

Looks like I have to build the camera in the desk is there a DMX layout as I cant find one in the manual

As stated earlier the dmx map is on page 16 of the Capture manual.
