I'm hoping someone will be able to shed some light as to what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to map an image to some LED panels. The setup is as follows: 2m x 4m LED screen made up of 500x500mm panels, 128px x 128px. The image itself is 512px x 1024px to match the screen size. I've selected all the panels, assigned a material to it and given the material a texture image. I've set the texture width and height to 2m x 4m to match the LED screen dimensions. Hello, I‘m using an Atlas-Version on my Macbook Pro. Honestly, 3d-model import never worked. But for visualising I didn‘t need it. Now I‘m thinking on changing on 2019 and tried the demo. Same experience. Import crashes application on MacbookPro and iMac. Also if I export a model as dwg and try to reimport it. Anybody else who has this problem Thanks

i have a model with fixtures on universes 1 to 4. every time i create universes 2 thru 4 i get an error on trying to save the project. The Project contains fixtures that cannot be saved and will be left out Can someone please help with this

Hi Currently, layer names are not successfully exported to MA2 when using a .xml file. The issue lies in a small detail, in the tag, the 'Name' field is currently capitalised while it needs to be all lower case for MA2 to import it properly. Currently, my work arround is to use a text editor and search for 'Layer Name' and replace it with 'Layer name'. Could you fix this in a upcoming release Thanks Jonas

I'm having constant crashing of 2018 version, when trying to light omnidirectional bulb (generic & festoon). Running on Mojave.

I have downloaded all four (including student) and found that only Capture Nexum allows me to light the the Generic Omnidirectional bulb without crashing. Macos Mojave 10.14.5 Intel 4000 HD Is it at all possible to configure the other versions to use this rendering engine Is it possible to obtain a working copy of 2018 Nexum for my use Thank you, James

Steps to reproduce: 1. Select 'import model' 2. Choose a 3d model 3. Minimize the 'import window' = Capture crashes with the dialog 'Video Card Issue Ecountered' I am not sure, if this really is a general problem or a problem of my specific system.
