For a project I'm working on at the moment it would be really good to be able to select direct show video inputs. I have virtual cameras that use DirectShow on Windows, I would like to use them on video panels but they don't appear in the devices list. I guess it's just a matter of integrating FFmpeg? Hope this can be added soon. Thanks. :)

DirectShow is Microsoft's old multimedia technology. It was deprecated by Microsoft when they released the successor Windows Media Foundation with Windows Vista in 2007. We will not be implementing DirectShow support.
In our opinion, products that ship only with DirectShow drivers should not claim to be Windows 10 compatible.
