Hello my equipment report shows wrong Fixture counts for some fixtures. I work a lot with copy and paste and duplicate. Could it be that the report counts every fixture that was ever placed, in the background although i deleted it from my setup Is there a possibility to correct or refresh the fixture count in reports

Hey, when using 0.43 (Capture 2024) there is no opportunity to add materials to objects. Especially (every) Truss seems black for default. Is there any solution

It appears that when exporting to a Lightwrite .txt file, skipped universes are not respected. I have a universe 1-4 and 11 and 12 in place. The fixtures on the latter two universes are exported as universes 5 and 6.

Hi all, Not sure if this is a Capture or EOS problem but EOS appends the range of patch to the Address field in the CSV. The Patch import tahn fails in Capture. If I remove the appended data in Excel it all works fine. I can provide files if needed. Cheers

Hi all, When rendering thru the render menu, the exr file doesn't show the Logo or Production name, the jpg render does. Is there a reason for that Cheers

Hey there On 2019 the new Mac trackpad features are really awesome! They are only awesome when using the trackpad, as soon as you use an external mouse now on a Mac, being a laptop or Mac desktop you can't use the scroll wheel to zoom It now orbits on the scroll wheel. There has to be a way to disable the MAC trackpad features when using a normal external mouse but I can't find it. Any Ideas Thanks

Hi, Here I am a complete beginner in Capture and this kind of software. I want to use it simply to couple with SoundSwitch. So before buying, I am testing the Student version. And unfortunately I am facing a very annoying problem, I don't understand how to make the Live Mod work. Everything is black and I can not see anything in this mode unless I select the objects. I have come across an issue in capture… I have some Equinox Fusion 100 spots, in the visualisation (both capture and the presentation) all these movers point to the left and will not move from that position… I loaded up a presentation I did a few months ago and these fixtures work as they should, however, I wish to add some more fixtures to my visualisation but it means the Fusions will not work, as the movers are panned hard left and will not move. Desperately need this fixing.

So this is a new issue I've never run across in all my years of using Capture. I just went to create a new plot and got an error popup stating 'Could not create a new plot because no printer is installed!'. This is my first time ever seeing this error message. Nothing has changed on my machine from creating new plots just yesterday. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. I'm running Capture Argo Extended on this particular machine on Windows 7. I think 'Transform' should be renamed to 'Move' or 'Translate'. It does a translation and not a transformation after all. It seems like a 'translation'-mistake ;-) and it is very confusing for new users. If you want to keep the shortcut logical you could consider choosing the term translation, which is correct, but a bit mathematical.
