Seeing this too, but seems to be very inconsistent. If you play with the intensity level it will change the strobe rate that is rendered. Currently have an atomic that only renders if it's strobing above 15.8 Hz, but while you manually adjust the intensity outside that range it will start rendering, then stop when you stop adjusting intensity.

Seeing the same problem here, but with random strobe on Martin Mac 250 Wash and Martin Mac 250 Entour. Synced strobe renders fine, but when using a random strobe, couple heads just stay on not rendering strobe at all. Other fixtures do render the effect, but it seems really slow / laggy. 

In order to be able to test your project and re-create the issue, we need your project file along with a movie snapshot that has all the information needed to duplicate the effect for further investigation.

Right now I'm using JDC1, Esprite, Spiider and all of them are bugged.

yes ONLY GET STROBE ALL functions, no random , pulse etc. On qll fixtures it seems....

I have issue with absolutely every shutter, doesn't matter which lamp or which value. Here's a video comparing in parallele Capture 23 and Capture 25 with the exact same stage/showfile.

Capture support keeps asking for a showfile and a snapshot.
I repplied them today with a project file, but I don't understand why they need it since this should be very easy to replicate, with any fixture.

Let's hope that this video helps. It's more than obvious that 25 is completely broken regarding shutters.
