So in 2023 under tools/options/connectivity there was an artnet option setting. It seems in 2024 this is missing I can use sACN however was curious why artnet wasnt included Thanks

Hi good morning, I want to point out with you that HPL fixture from Lites has a wrong color temperature in version 2023. It also has a mode 1 by 1 channel not existing in your software version. This fixture gear is available to be mounted on etc source four tungsten series as led upgrade with CRI 97 led source now. Means that you can choose the lens you desire. 5°-10°-14°-19°-26°-36°-50°-70° and zoom series. could you manage to adjust it Thank you for reading Best regard...

Good morning, sorry to disturb you but whenever I edit a plot I need to fill manually the fixtures mode I'm using cause I'm used to mark fixtures modes in my Legenda. Am I missing something or till now Capture don't allow to do that If not implemented do you think could be useful I think tecs need to know that to set up it properly. Thank you for reading. Hi, SInce I've updated my license from Capture 2023 to Capture 2024,the automatic fixture location stopped to work as it used to. In Capture 2023 I would give a name in the unit field, for instance Lx1 for a piece of truss and every fixture attached to this truss would have the location Lx1 (in light grey) in the propertie tab. Hi!  Am I the only one who don't see the plot adjutements' icons It's only a black round rectangle. I can blindly click inside it to enable or disable the plot adjustement. I have the same problem on PC and Mac with the latest version of Capture 2024 (2024.0.31). I tried with a new/blank file and the same problem occurs.  Thanks!

Hi, When opening capture it tells me there is an update available but when I click on go to updates page it takes me to the main page. In the download I click for a windows download and fill out the form. It tells me an email has been sent but I have not received anything. The email address is correct and I have checked my junk/spam folder.

I work with a database on the side of my plans the fixture and materials already have a layer in their apartment to be filtered and drawn quickly in having to redo the layers each time I look for a material identical to my stock of material . the problem is that in the reports all the fixtures and structures that are in my database are counted to be incorporated into the report I would like it not to be all leaving and slamming individual by ...

Hello I am having problems with importing a sketchup 3D model When I import I don't seem to have control over the scale of the imported model in that the model is in cm and capture reports it as inch. Also it imports all layers separately instead of 1 model. It is more than likely user error but I think Ive tried everything but i still get the same results. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks Mark

I am working with the Arri L7-C and L10-C fixtures. I am able to change the saturation and hue settings in Live view, but the visualization stays white. Changing the patch mode doesn't address the issue. Thanks!
