I am having an issue with the JDC1 and Color Strike M 68ch mode in Capture. When the main instance is turned on at 100, the color pixel and strobe tube dimmer control does not work. It functions correctly in MA3D, but not in Capture.

Hi there... I'm using the latest Capture 2025. When I try to build a plot, I'm able to setup the size of the Page I want to work on, but then, when I right click on top of the page, there's no menu that shows up... Nor in the three line icon (burger menu)...  This is my first time trying to use this feature, and I'm following the tutorial on Youtube, but I'm stuck into this... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

hi,  when I patch fixture in BASIC mode, you have, on channel 16, crossfade from Colour (basic fixture) to pixel engine fixture. I did patching by selecting main fixture and in Design / Selected Items I did patch pixel engine fixture. In Chamsys when I go to modify that channel 16 to go from Colour to Pixel engine nothing happens.  I have to put all colour info to 0 in normal (basic/colour) fixture, to have control over Pixel engine. Hi, I have a project that I need to get renders to my client ASAP. I have a nice scene setup but when I go to 'render Image' it comes out all pink. No detail, just a full screen of magenta. How can I fix this Thank you in advance!

Hi all, Config is Capture duo 2024 on Macbook pro M5 macOS 26.3 When I extend my desktop on external screen if I put my workspace on the external screen the views (Alpha, Beta, Gama, Properties) came black. I slide the workspace on the laptop screen he came back with content screen. If I use replicate screen the workspace on the external screen keep the content. Any body have the same issue and maybe a solution Thanks.

After disconnecting the console, I am unable to control my fixtures manually within the software. I am very interested in purchasing Capture to creae light shows and I have downloaded and installed the demo on my Mac laptop running Tahoe 26.2. For some reason I can not get Capture to recognize the DMXking eDMX2 Max with ArtNet. I even set it and my laptop up to a dedicated router with a 10.0 IP address with the subnet set to 255.0.0.0. I also first tried the 192.168 address with the subnet 255.255.255.0. Then I tried the usb connection with DMXking DMX2 Max connected to the laptop even thoug...

So, after on nearly every new projector I work with I have to write the support regarding false lens shift settings, I suggested they could provide a generic projector with wide zoom and shift settings. I tried to use it, but now I can't get a proper scaled picture out of it. Wrote the support and they said everything is fine.
