Hello, I’m experiencing a serious performance issue in Capture 2025 on macOS and I’m hoping someone can help determine whether this is related to my project file or to a setting I may have overlooked. I’m seeing approximately 1 second of latency when navigating the scene (pan, zoom, orbit). Even simple view changes feel delayed, which makes the software very difficult to use in practice. Hello, I am on Mac OS 14.7.6 with last version of capture. Problem is, when I am in wide arrangement, in plot styles, I can not scroll to the right to see what I have to modify. I have to go back to quad view to modify text size and other stuff Is that just me Have a nice day

Hello all !!! I don't know what I've done, but in alpha view, i'm stuck in front view. The minute I tried to orbit the image disappear. In beta and Gamma view, everything looks fine. Any idea Also, is there a zoom extents   Can't believe there's not !!! Thanks for your help ! Pascal

hi there i just update to the new software, and know i now my export MVR is blank , no fixture on it, i already put filter on it, buat stilll no fixture in the mvr help is there something that i miss thanks  Alimjeni

Since the 2025.1.12 update, the shortcut for Custom View no longer works. It is still possible for access custom view via the view menu, but not from the keyboard shortcut.

I've created a super simple Capture 2025 project with just a single fixture. I'm using two iPads, iPad A running Blackout Lighting, iPad B running Capture Mobile. Blackout Lighting is outputting sACN. Unfortunately, Capture Mobile does not seem to receive or interpret any of the sACN data. In order to nail down the root cause for this, I've connected a Mac to the same Wi-Fi network as iPad A and iPad B. There is this persistent issue with LED Panels where the mapping repeats the first/last pixel in the extremities of the video wall. The issue seems to happen in any type of mapping ('mapping to extents' & mapping by regions result in the same) and affects all image sources (NDI, video player, file source). Hi There, I have a simple set up with 12 Beamz star colour 72, 4 EK profile spots and 6 Event Lighting WIP1320 fixtures. The Symbol key was populated correctly until I added the WIP1320 fixtures. Once they were aded, all fixtures dissappeared from the symbol key. When I remove the WIP fixtures from the drawing, the symbol key repopulates with the other fixtures. Is there a way around this, or is this some kind of bug Thanks for any assistance. Robert Running version 2025.1....
