Hi, when one of my views is in a user camera position the focus tool doesn’t work. When I change back to one of the preset views it works fine. Any ideas

Ive created a file for a venue that has around 150 fixtures. Each fixture is unpatched, hence I a just wanting to select each fixture group and control them this way. I can successfully create groups for all fixtures and control them this way but when I restart Capture, all but one group 'forgets' the assigned fixtures and defaults to the first fixture in the Fixtures tab. Are there limitations for unpatched fixtures in the 2020 Solo edition Ultimately, I plan to upgrade to the unlimited lic...

Hi, is it possible to adjust an existing fixture. I use a few Viking Stage Lighting VK3610W fixtures and they have a beam angle (optic) of 35 degrees but the fixture in 2020 says 25 degrees. Is it possible to change

I just upgraded to Capture 2020 on my MacBook, so I have both 2018 and 2020 versions available for testing. On my network, I have Proxmox running Windows 10 as a Virtual Machine.  I also have Windows 10 running in VMWare locally on my MacBook.  So, I have two independent installations of Windows 10 that I'm using to test connectivity. I get this message when trying to run Capture 2020 Student Edition. My laptop (and onboard graphics card) is pretty old. Is there any way I can get around this Have checked graphics driver is up to date.

I am considering on purchasing an Imac 2020 using an EGPU (AMD RX 5700 XT) , has anyone had experience with this kind of setup for capture 2020  This GPu does not list on the 'mac metal issues' article oin the capture website but wanted to get some additional info before i go ahead with this setup. Hello there and merry christmas!  ,  I am having struggle with connecting my GrandMA2 on PC (Command Wing) via Artnet with the Capture Software. Art Net ist recieved by the Computer running Capture. (Checked via ArtNetViewer) So I believe the Problem ist in some connectivity Settings in the Software.
