Imac compatibility

Hey All!
I am considering on purchasing an Imac 2020 using an EGPU (AMD RX 5700 XT) , has anyone had experience with this kind of setup for capture 2020
This GPu does not list on the &39;mac metal issues&39; article oin the capture website but wanted to get some additional info before i go ahead with this setup.
Also does any one have a reccomendation for the amount of RAM 16/32/64/128

Capture does not find ArtNet

Hello there and merry christmas! ,
I am having struggle with connecting my GrandMA2 on PC (Command Wing) via Artnet with the Capture Software.
Art Net ist recieved by the Computer running Capture. (Checked via ArtNetViewer) So I believe the Problem ist in some connectivity Settings in the Software. But I cant figgure out what it is
What I already tried out:
- Capture is the only Software running and using ArtNet
- manually setting the IP adresse from ArtNe...

DMX Universe on Mac

Good evening
I&39;m using Capture 2020 since a few days on my Mac Mini M1, but I have a problem that I can&39;t solve. Unfortunately, I can&39;t create new DMX universes. I can delete the one default universe and add it again, but I can&39;t click the button for more universes. The button is then gray and not black. I also tried connecting an ETC Eos console, which worked and I could also select the universe, but only one in the first row. I can&39;t add more universes unfortunately. Can...

Sticky DMX info

I am playing around in capture 2020.0.51 Quartett - no console connected.
I have 18 wash fixtures - in this case Aura XB. They are numbered and patched sequentially.
The issue I have is that one (or more) of the fixtures won&39;t behave properly. They pan, tilt and dim as they should, but colour seems to live in a world of it&39;s own. I have deleted the fixtures, re-inserted them, changed them to another fixture type with no change. Any ideas

Hi Capture!
I have Robe CycFx8 fixtures,(this is cyclorama with 8 RGBW pixels, 1m long, single pixel mode) the power connector is located on the bottom of the fixture, so the only chance to understand how the fixture is oriented in space, is to see the display symbol, but the dysplay symbol is missing from 2-3 version backwards... Maybe this is profile issue(AtlaBase), dont know

Change projector model

Once i&39;ve installed a projector on my plot, and i want to change the model, i select a new model on the library and slide it on the projector i want to change, but, it does&39;nt work !!! the projector does&39;nt turn on purple, and it adds a new projector next to the old one, it doesn&39;t changfe it.
This is very basic action !

Getting random dmx input with capture argo

When using hog4pc and trying to couple it to capture argo i get random dmx values that do not represent what the hog4pc sends out. I have tried using the demo version of capture 2020 and it does work normally on there. I have a hoglet connected to hog4pc and tried using multiple pc&39;s.
Any help would be greatly appreaciated!
