I have a recurring problem with importing fixtures from Vectorworks (using VW 2020). Most of the fixtures end up where they are supposed to be, but several get thrown way out in the virtual space, 100s of feet away. Is there a fix for this Is anyone else experiencing this

Hi to all, I have installed both the 2019 and the 2020 versions in a mac osx System, and the luminance property of the materials does not work (for example when I try to create video screens) in the 2020 edition (while it works perfectly in 2019 version). I'm asking if it is aknown issue, if I'm missing something, or if it is a problem of mine. Thank you for the attention. Alberto

hi: i need to work with some pr lighting fixtures in a new project, but i cant find 1 fixture library and another has no gobo patterns. fixtures in this case are: PR lighting blinder 360 (PR_8330) JNR 350BWS (JNR-8152A) how can i update de fixture library or who can halp me  thanks in advance and greetings from mexico

I have see exapmle of people making chages to fixtures position gobo colour etc in capture then seeing this data feb back to Onyx. This is great but there seems no detail on what is hapening under the hood.  What is needed to have changes in capture appear in the onyx programmer

Hi! Hoping everyone is having a peaceful time in this lockdown. I have the 2020 Capture student edition and I´m using a Macbook 16' base model. I´m having some trouble on selecting the 3 cameras icons and the smoke icon, I´m not being eable on editing the smoke atributtes and less to move the camera on a exact position, besides the navigator buttoms, but this is are not exact movements. It´s strange because previously I have never had trouble with this. Any suggestions Hope someone can help ...

I'm trying to connect qlab with capture through syphon video output of qlab. The only problem is that i cannot find the syphon input in capture. Is there anything i might need to do to get this connection possibleto play video from qlab to make it visible in capture. I know there is a NDI virtual input in capture, but no NDI virtual output in Qlab, as far as i know.
