Good evening I'm using Capture 2020 since a few days on my Mac Mini M1, but I have a problem that I can't solve. Unfortunately, I can't create new DMX universes. I can delete the one default universe and add it again, but I can't click the button for more universes. The button is then gray and not black. I also tried connecting an ETC Eos console, which worked and I could also select the universe, but only one in the first row. I can't add more universes unfortunately. Can anyone help me furt...

I am playing around in capture 2020.0.51 Quartett - no console connected.  I have 18 wash fixtures - in this case Aura XB. They are numbered and patched sequentially. The issue I have is that one (or more) of the fixtures won't behave properly. They pan, tilt and dim as they should, but colour seems to live in a world of it's own. Once i've installed a projector on my plot, and i want to change the model, i select a new model on the library and slide it on the projector i want to change, but, it does'nt work !!! the projector does'nt turn on purple, and it adds a new projector next to the old one, it doesn't changfe it. How can I integrate my software with Capture Is there a tutorial on how to send data to capture (via an ethernet cable) from an external device I'm writing here because I didn't find anything on the website. When using hog4pc and trying to couple it to capture argo i get random dmx values that do not represent what the hog4pc sends out. I have tried using the demo version of capture 2020 and it does work normally on there. I have a hoglet connected to hog4pc and tried using multiple pc's.  Any help would be greatly appreaciated!

Hi All I'm using VWX Spotlight 2020 and Capture 2020 I export DWG and Instrument Data as separate exports from Spotlight. I import both into Capture. I can see the list of fixtures but they are not linked to the 3D models. I want to Indentify the fixtures by their channel numbers but it's not working for me Any Ideas Thanks in advance

For a project I'm working on at the moment it would be really good to be able to select direct show video inputs. I have virtual cameras that use DirectShow on Windows, I would like to use them on video panels but they don't appear in the devices list. I guess it's just a matter of integrating FFmpeg Hope this can be added soon. Thanks. :)

I have a TV studio rig with over 200 bars and i use putting units on bars as a way of getting the data for the DMX patch - I can not get the data on the report today (I upgraded from .47 to .51 today)77 I have had this issue before but it seemed to have been sorted - it is again not working. Hello, I'm having an issue where Astera tubes and NYX bulbs in Mode 89 (most popular for Film/TV work) don't show color even when the crossfade parameter is at full.  They seem to be only showing CCT. Additionally when the CCT is all the way at 0 it should be a very warm 1750K and right now it looks a lot cooler.
