I keep getting a video card error
….'Capture encountered an issue with your video card' 'You can save your work, but Capture needs to be restarted. Update your video card drivers if possible and contact support if the problem persists.'....

Luminance property in material tab

Hi to all, I have installed both the 2019 and the 2020 versions in a mac osx System, and the luminance property of the materials does not work (for example when I try to create video screens) in the 2020 edition (while it works perfectly in 2019 version).
I&39;m asking if it is aknown issue, if I&39;m missing something, or if it is a problem of mine.

i need to work with some pr lighting fixtures in a new project, but i cant find 1 fixture library and another has no gobo patterns.
fixtures in this case are:
PR lighting blinder 360 (PR_8330)
JNR 350BWS (JNR-8152A)
how can i update de fixture library or who can halp me

capture to onyx

I have see exapmle of people making chages to fixtures position gobo colour etc in capture then seeing this data feb back to Onyx. This is great but there seems no detail on what is hapening under the hood.
What is needed to have changes in capture appear in the onyx programmer

Camera and smoke issue

Hi! Hoping everyone is having a peaceful time in this lockdown.
I have the 2020 Capture student edition and I´m using a Macbook 16" base model. I´m having some trouble on selecting the 3 cameras icons and the smoke icon, I´m not being eable on editing the smoke atributtes and less to move the camera on a exact position, besides the navigator buttoms, but this is are not exact movements. Any guidance with regards to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
I&39;m trying to allocate 3 different &39;Video Player Images&39; onto 3 different &39;Materials&39; so that I can map them onto 3 different LED Panel faces in capture.

I have reburbished a maxxyz console, replacing the old duel pentium pcs internallt with and intel haydes canyon NUC (pleanty of processing and graphincs power)
All PC Win 10 X 64 latest version
Onyx Console IP 2.0.0.10 (field work)
Production machine IP 2.0.0.11 (planning)
Pangolin Beyond PC IP 2.0.0.12
ARKAOS/Resoume 2.0.0.13

qlab connection through syphon

I&39;m trying to connect qlab with capture through syphon video output of qlab. The only problem is that i cannot find the syphon input in capture. Is there anything i might need to do to get this connection possibleto play video from qlab to make it visible in capture.
I know there is a NDI virtual input in capture, but no NDI virtual output in Qlab, as far as i know.

Hello,
I can't seem to get my fixtures in capture to read dmx values.
In more detail.
In avo titan software, I have activated ArtNet on line 1 & 2.
And then patched in 8 fixtures. (VL3000 spots)
In Capture I open the universe tab and I can see the two universes A & B are enabled. ArtNet 0 & 1.
