Hello, I recently updated my Capture Student Edition to Capture 2020 but I am having an issue locating the file I used for 2019. I know the file still exists because I was working with it right before I installed 2020 and I can still access it from within Capture 2019. I tried to access the file within Finder and just manually open it in Capture 2020 but I can't find the file at all within Finder. I am on a Macbook Pro running version 10.14.6 TIA!

Hello, I See on my new 2020 Capture version a window with speaking about problems between Capture and N'vidia/Intel Graphic Card... So I understand that not the best. So I going back to 2018 version, and see that with my computer, it's not the best too... so DO you have a listing of MacBookPro wich working without problems with Capture Thank for your help, Eric VDa

With Symphony licence, It's not the first time i make a 8 universe stage. before it was working but now it won't work, if i patch (set the fixture address) fixtures like 9.1 / 9.21, they disappear from the stage ( not from the fixture list ) If i repatch them on 8.1 they reappears. That's it. (sorry i'm french)

V2020.0.41 is not rendering shadows correctly. Cast shadows is enabled for the .skp and .gltf objects. Shadow 'drawing distance' varies when zoom of the fixture is altered. Material on floor is the built-in 'Grey, light-matte'.

Hi All, Firstly - apologies for the nebie question, I'm new to Capture and my first post here :). I'm working with Avolites Titan v13 and just got my license for full Capture. I'm trying to 'Record' Palettes from Capture into Titan, but nothing is coming into Titan at all.  I can record a CUE from Capture 2020 into Titan, which does import into the show library along with the thumbnail view, but If I try to record any palette from Capture, absolutely nothing comes into Titan.  They a...

Hi Guys. The CITP Stream with Hippo Version 4.5.3 and Capture is freezing after few Seconds. Problem appears on MAC and Windows as well as on Capture 2019 and Capture 2020. I had this Problem and another User as well. So I guess it's not a Operator fault:-) Can you please check that and if from your side is all fine, discuss it with the Hippo Guys Many Thanks, Matthias

Hi, There’s a mistake with video material When i built a ledscreen on capture 2020 and drop a video material on it, nothing happens in the live view. My ledscreen is totally black ... Di you have any issue Best regards

Hi, I am trying to visualise RGB LED Strips which exist in a model previously created in Capture 2019 which contains a number of materials that have a texture generator patched to a set of DMX channels to control the rgb values of the object.
