Hello,

I am just wondering if Capture 2021 will be fully working on the MacBook Pro with the M1 processor.

I heard there was some issues with it on Capture 2020 and I am just wondering if it will be able to run Capture 2021 at a good/high quality before I purchase my first capture license!

Capture 2021 for Mac has been built as a "universal binary". This means that it has native support for both Intel and Apple silicon processors, such as the M1 chip.

it may support it but does not really manage the graphics card !!

I also have a problem using Capture 2021 with the Macbook Pro m1 Max (full spec). I have a fairly small stage with about 36x MH and 18x X-bars. The Live-view tops out at 17-23 fps?? I use the mac for heavy workloads, having AfterEffects, premiere and Photoshop running at the same time. This with no problem.. but for some reason is capture not working as I’d hope it would. I also tried to record a movie (snapshot) of about 30 sec, that took nearly 5 hours? So at this point I’m really not happy with the performace of the software.
