on 2024.0.37 Working with several layers divided in 'top' and 'floor' like 'spot_top', 'wash_top', 'spot_floor', etc In the fixture report (symboles count) in plots, they're grouped by type, exactly what we want Excepted for 2 ColorstrikeM duplicated from layer 'strobe_top' then changed to 'strobe_floor', I now have two lines in report, countaining each 2 pieces of CSM Did I made a mistake Can't figure out where.

Hello JDC2 M1 doesn't output anything on the plate only on the beam. I have one standing next to me, sodefinitely something in capture, latest JDC2 firmware Best Christoph

Does anyone actually man the support for this product I am blocked from unlocking as had to rebuild my viz PC a couple of times due to hardware failure and have a customer waiting for a showfile to be created which I am unable to complete.

Hi, I love the new report-in-plot feature in Capture 2024, it makes documenting things like house lights a breeze. A small issue i just ran into is that i have a Report with 2 tables that I both want to show in the plot. Unfortunately, when adding it as a report item into my plot, only the first table shows up. Hello, Im trying to send a OSC command to Capture, but my device just supports to send one integer or one float at the same time. Capture is expecting two integers to change the camera view. Is there a way to make it possible How about adding the values to the address a.e.    /view/live/position/1/1

Hi there, Wonder if anyone can help me, iv built a project in Capture 2021, iv added my fixtures etc, im now ready to give them address's, however since iv done that the fixtures now move really slowly! i mean if i try and home them in capture itsself takes `bout 10 seconds for the fixtures to home! Any ideas how i can resolve this Cheers  Patch

If I select fixtures in the Fixtures tab, the Edit->Sequential->Unit, Circuit, Patch, etc. menu items are greyed out. Also, there is no right mouse click action available and the associated keyboard shortcuts do not work either. If I select the fixtures in the Fixtures tab and then select the gear symbol in a wireframe with my mouse, I can use the Sequential tools. Also whenever I click the top bar of the wireframe window to make the window active, I can use the shortcuts and the mouse action...

I got a 3dm model from an architect and I cannot figure out how to porperly import it to Capture so I can start working on it. I downloaded the Rhino 8 trial version and tried exporting the 3dm into many different formats (glb, gltf, 3ds, skp etc.), tried reducing mash count and exploding the model, but the faces of the model always tend to break and be glitchy afted being imported to Capture, whatever I do. Can someone help me with some tips on importing Rhino files to Capture
