If I select fixtures in the Fixtures tab, the Edit->Sequential->Unit, Circuit, Patch, etc. menu items are greyed out. Also, there is no right mouse click action available and the associated keyboard shortcuts do not work either. If I select the fixtures in the Fixtures tab and then select the gear symbol in a wireframe with my mouse, I can use the Sequential tools. Also whenever I click the top bar of the wireframe window to make the window active, I can use the shortcuts and the mouse action...

I got a 3dm model from an architect and I cannot figure out how to porperly import it to Capture so I can start working on it. I downloaded the Rhino 8 trial version and tried exporting the 3dm into many different formats (glb, gltf, 3ds, skp etc.), tried reducing mash count and exploding the model, but the faces of the model always tend to break and be glitchy afted being imported to Capture, whatever I do. Can someone help me with some tips on importing Rhino files to Capture

Hello, we tried to install Capture SE to soem computers in the University I am teaching. Unfortunatelly they run on Windows 8. Capture SE installs, yet, when trying to run it, we get the following message Any suggestions please Thanks Argie

The title says it all: the Generic omnidirectional light bulb does not appear in the legend/key on my plot. It does appear in the reports. It does appear on my plots. I am using Capture 2023.

Hi there ! I am using Capture 2024. I often use the 'show trim height option' when exporting plots since it provides useful and clear information. I noticed that when moving a pipe up or down its trim height value does not change automatically. So I have to double click on 'show trim height' to have it updated. Is there a way to fix that and avoid false information on my plots

hi there! i have a problem only on my laptop not on my other computer... The fact is that if i open the same project on capture 2023 on the same view with same settings i have nearly 35-40 fps. Hello, I often import objects from the 3D Warehouse library. Almost all the objects are unreadable on Capture 24 whereas they are on Capture 23! I don't understand.

So in 2023 under tools/options/connectivity there was an artnet option setting. It seems in 2024 this is missing I can use sACN however was curious why artnet wasnt included Thanks

Hi good morning, I want to point out with you that HPL fixture from Lites has a wrong color temperature in version 2023. It also has a mode 1 by 1 channel not existing in your software version. This fixture gear is available to be mounted on etc source four tungsten series as led upgrade with CRI 97 led source now. Means that you can choose the lens you desire. 5°-10°-14°-19°-26°-36°-50°-70° and zoom series. could you manage to adjust it Thank you for reading Best regard...

Good morning, sorry to disturb you but whenever I edit a plot I need to fill manually the fixtures mode I'm using cause I'm used to mark fixtures modes in my Legenda. Am I missing something or till now Capture don't allow to do that If not implemented do you think could be useful I think tecs need to know that to set up it properly. Thank you for reading.
