I am running Capture 2025 on windows 11. I use a basic physical DMX lighting console with one universe output. I put the DMX ouput from the console into a Chauvet AN2 device powered by a POE switch as this AN2 device allows DMX in and sACN out. I also check to ensure I am getting a sACN signal by using a sACN veiwer. I am able to run this setup and control the fixtures in Capture when I am connected to the internet. However when I want to run this as a standalone setup Capture blocks the sACN...

If you added a filter to a conventional and you replace that conventional with a moving light, there is no way to remove the gel.

Afternoon start people. I'm having an issue that maybe is known but i cant find any info. I'm running an NDI output from Resolume into Capture. But fur some reason i dont have any dimming control. its just on or off. Resolume master fader or individual layers or clips all the same. dim to 1percent and it stays the same. go to zero percent and its off. makes it very difficult to previs video compostion and the layers dont blend properly. Hello, I was manually typing in the patch adresses for lights in the fixtures page to get all the lights syncing up correctly with my console but for some reason all my lights are now acting weird. When I control the pan and tilt on one light some other lights might do the same or do the same on another axis. When I control any part of the light it can affect others in some way. I don't know if this is a bug or if i'm being stupid. Also for clarity none of the patch adresses are repeating...

Hi there, There seems to be a new issue in 2025.1.2 and 2025.1.3 that selection sync with eos no longer releases fixture selection once the comand line is cleared. The selection in capture is only released when a new selecion is made. This is quite anoying when I want to have a clear view without any selection outlines. Running 2025.1.3 on macOS 15.5 and Eos 3.3.0.523 Reverting to Capture 2025.1.1 selection sync works as expected. Thanks, Tyler

So my issue seems to be even with a one-to-one stage and capture build the downstage center position for example, when focused on stage is about 4 feet up stage from the point the lights are focused at and capture if that makes sense. Is there a way to almost calibrate a specific point on a plot so the lights and focus and the lights on stage focused to the correct position

Sometimes when I use Capture my mouse cursor disappear on the screen with the software. The cursor is visible on my other screen. When I restart Capture the software will work normal. I thougt this was a problem of my laptop but it happend also on my new PC, RTX 4080 super.  Maybe somebody have the same problem or have a solutions for this problem. S
