No local connection with ETC EOS

Hi Capture Team,I'm currently using Argo Solo v21.1.10 connected to an ETC ION 1000 and Argo is not recieving external universe within the program. I have all options for connections set to automatic.I do, however, have a connection with Capture Polar Student version with all connection options st to automatic.Your help on this matter would be most appreciated.Best,John NichterTechnical DirectorRockland Community CollegeSuffern NY USA

Need blizzard G60 fixed in library

Hi requested the Blizzard G70 be added to the fixture library and I did the update when you said it was done. But afte I did the library update the Blizzard G70 is still not in there and now the G60 is broken, it is missing its gobos. I really need this fixed quick please. I sent an email but received no reply.

License Issue - Please help

Hi All,
I have recently received my Polar dongle and installed as instructed, I acquired the key file and installed it, Currently my Mac is saying no license installed and will not proceed to unlocking, I have tried to install the license file again but it says that it is already installed. I'm not sure where to go from here! I have emailed support but I'm expecting a reply till Monday and was hoping to get some work done on it today.

Import model - settings/materials

Hi there
I use Blender to design my stages, then export them to 3ds file, and then load the model via 'import model' in Argo. This works great, everything is in scale and I can easily put in stuff that isn't in the library. Even the molton simulation seems to be functioning properly without any noticeable strain. However, the model(s) does not show up in any other view than CAD or live. Further, there are no color or material settings applied, so everything is grey. Is this improper handling fro...

How to improve performance?

I´m using Capture Argo for a while now, but I come to the Limit of my System very often.
On the actual project I´m working with a lot of LED strips.... But Argo don´t like them.... When turning on these things, I´m ending up with very low fps (5-8fps).
If I take a look on the System state Argo is using 100 power of only one core of my System. Can´t it handle multithreading
Is there a way how get higher fps, for realtime programming :-)

XYZ Coordinates on groups

I still can't seem to create a group and then move the group in the X Y and Z using the Properties window. It just moves every object in the group to the same position. Is there a fix for this

Argo freezing/crashing

I'm having a problem with Argo continuously freezing after having the program open for about 20 minutes.
System Specs:
Alienware M17xR3
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2630QM CPU 2.00GHz 2.00GHz
GeForce GTX 580M
32GB RAM 1600
Win 7 Pro
(All my software or hardware driver updates are automatic. My computer was a top of the line video game beast back in 2011, but it's specs are getting towards pretty standard these days.)

Argo Crash

I am using Capture Argo Demo & Student latest version(20.1.7) on a macbook retina 13' with OS X Yosemite but it keeps crashing.This occurs when connected to Avolites Tiger touch recently updated to Titan 8.1.When argo detects the console with the patch i have made crashes.This happened one time with Titan 8.0 with the same setup.If i connect the console with a new show file with nothing patched to argo it doesn't crash.I tried artnet and sACN and does it on both.

Argo 20.1.8 & .9 - MacBook Pro keeps locking up

Working on a new/small capture file, my MacBook Pro has locked up 4 times in the past 2 days, requiring me to hold the power button to switch off, then restart (and obviously losing anything I'd done since the last save).Anyone else had the same issueMacBook Pro mid 2010, OSX 10.9.5, Argo Solo 20.1.9, no other applications wunning at the time.
