Licensing

Hi there,
I recently bought a copy but I can't seem to get the licence to work. I've created a licence key- file but i can't install it... I click the install button and select the key file but nothing seems to happen after that!
Have tried contacting capture them selves and no luck.
Anyone else have any ideas

Capture Argo crashing

When I open any show file and start to make some position with moving heads. It works normally a couple minutes but suddenly it starts lagging.
When I change some lamp position the head is turning but the light stay still. Then menus work but there isn't any text inside.
After a while it crash completely and quit.
The same problem has been approximately one month.

OSX Yosemite

I try to change the color of a basic form (Curtain) but it is not possible. In the property tab there is no possibillity to change the color anymore. Is it possible to get that function back in

Problems after updating capture

Hello there,
I was running Capture Argos Solo 20.1.10 along with ShowBuddy and Enttec DMXis controller and everything was working.
After I upgraded to Capture Argo 21.0.8 and a day later to 21.0.10, my Enttec DMXis controller can not be found or detected.
Wondering what can I do to get this fixed, I already contacted Enttec and we are working on possible causes and solutions but we are running out of options and since this happened after I updated Capture, I'm thinking it could be a bug ca...

camera movement via console

I want to create some camera movement in a video I want to export - since I cant move the camera manually while recording a snapshot movie I wanted to try and see if it could be done with it being controlled by a console while recording. I connected my HOG4 and patched the camera. HOG doesnt have a profile for an argo camera so I used desk channels (18 according to the schematic in the manual).
