I have been using capture for a very long period of time through Polar, Argo and now atlas. I am very happy with this product but recently after downloading Atlas i am experience around 3 FPS With the same system as Before - On Argo and Polar i had 30 - 32 (Regular) On a file with around 400 fixtures i still achieved around 20FPS. I redesigned the Project in Capture Atlas but with a terrible outcome. Is this normal or is this a issue with my pc

Hello to all,I was wondering if Capture Atlats is able to be remoted by 2 diferent sofware like Grand MA 2 for lighting, and Visual Stage for stage automationFor what concerne Grand MA 2, everything works perfectly.For what concerns Visual Stage, I am wondering if possible to see the scenery moving on Capture Atlas, when they are controlled from Visual Stage.Is that possible on CaptureThank you in andvance for any help.regards,Amedeo OrfeiLighting DesignerItaly

I am trying to open a project which i made on capture argo student latest version on mac on atlas student but i keep getting the message An Internal error occured. This happens when i open the file either on mac or windows from the first version of atlas.

I have the new Cature Atlas. It runs like a charm!!! Updated from Argo with key. It's still in development I guess... When I use it in full screen in os x, and open a plot, I can't go back to the main screen. I have to close the whole program. Config is macbook pro, El Capitan 10.11.4

I am trying to connect Resoulme Arena 5 to Capture on the same computer and I have tried using two different computers. I have not had success yet and am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction to make this work. Thanks!

Hi there, I'm a new user and I am trying to import a Sketch up model into Capture. I'm using Sketch Up 2015 and importing the model into the student version. When I import my model into Capture, The model appears to be exploded with different components scattered about. Please advise. Thank you Matt

Looked in the forums and the manual couldn't find an answer. I have a light that has L201, when I put R114 or any other diffusion the light doesn't turn off but no light comes out of it

Hello, I'm trying to find out how to distinguish what each universe starts at. I have the Quartet version of Atlas and want the 4 universes to be connected to my console as universes 12-16, instead of 1-4. Does anyone know how to accomplish this Thanks!

Firstly guys, let me thank you for adding the ability to print plots in Solo. A HUGE addition that really adds to the product. Thank you! Now onto my question; how do I actually print a plot! I create a new plot style, then add a plot, but when I open the plot on the pop up window I dont get my drawing in the window. I can scale to fit, I can add a border, key, graphic etc but the plot doesnt show. What am I doing wrong please A quick tutorial for us first time printers would be great. Many ...
