Hi, I want to export a capture file to a 3ds file. How I talked to the capture team att llb and was told it would be possible in the new capture atlas. Does someone know if it´s possible ANd how to do..

Hello, My license is connected to an email account I no longer have access to. I want to upgrade to Atlas but am wondering if I can transfer my license to a more current email address before hand. Thanks!

Hi Lars,I'm running 22.0.12 and am having save issues on Mac. This has happened a few times in earlier revisions but now I can only save once before I see an error message. The only way is to Save As a new file, then again I can save once successfully before seeing another error.Is this a known issueCheersColin

I just downloaded Capture Atlas, and its a major improvement in performance and visualisation, good job ;-) but there is a minor bug in the Paperwork, I have set all my views and created a Plot-Style where I want the Focusnotes and the DMX-Adress not to be seen, in the Paperview everything is fine, but in the plot it seems as no plotstyle has been set. I'm sure it's just a minor bugfix for you to make, but it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance, all the best Marco

Hey All. Hope you can help with this. Im trying to save a plot as a pdf in OSX. I have setup the plot, added all the views I want etc. Everything looks right. My plot is using A3 Landscape, and this is where my save to pdf is having issues. When I click on print/PDF it only gives me the option of have portrait A4 (which slices of half of my plot) Do you know how to fix this Thanks! Daniel

Ok I walk away from my laptop and when my 7 year old deleted Capture Argo I re-download Argo but I don't have the connect window pop up and now can't use Hog PC did I miss a down load Thanks To All

I'm having a lot of issues with printing to PDF. For some reason when I print to PDF 90 of the time I'm getting large chunks of blank dropped into the final file. I've tried using several different PDF generator/writers and with the same result. Considering it is only capture that is having issues printing to PDF and I've tried different PDF writers I'm guessing it's got to have something to do with Capture. Anyone else

Hiijop! I´m running Argo in OSX 10.9.5 with 2,3ghz intel core i7 and 16gt ram... when processing wires, in latest job there are 35 piece band on stage, Argo crashes suddenly, when moving grouped objects. THIS HAPPENS A LOT! There are no lights on this file, just stage, players, note stands, instruments. In Live/Perspective mode there are no problems on full screen.

How do i do when i lost my key file help :)
