Hi I have big show coming and I'm about to begin to preprogram the show but now both argo and polar doesn't show live view anymore. MA 2 PC to Argo Why Will It Not Connect I have looked at the youtube / www.youtube.com/watchv=WwK5_N6KCR4 and still cant get Grand MA 2 PC or even MA 1 PC to connect with Argo can any person whom has been able to make MA PC to work without the use of a MA Wing or node please inform the step by step way this is done I have tried the MA share Net 2.9 and also 2.8 with no luck so is it in the MA PC Software settings and what is the best settings to use

Has anyone else experienced a few slow-moving fixtures in their projects I've had it happen a few times and it seem like if I delete the fixture, put a new one in, and patch it again it fixes the issue. Basically if I have a row of moving lights (all the same like Sharpy's) and I tilt them all forward (on my Macbook Pro or through a console) one or two of them will take a long time to get to that position while the others will go normally. I'm wondering if this a 'feature' of some kind that...

Hello, I have a problem with the pre assemble 4-bar 6-bar or 8-bar. in capture argo. there is no output in live mode. i patched the fixture an i see that capture is receiving DMX out of my TITAN MOBILE. trough art net if i put a single par64 in capture it is working but the pre assembled 4, 6 and 8 bar not. regard Pascal

I downloaded and installed the Capture Argo Student Edition 21.1.28 only to find the Radeon 4870 graphics card that was installed in my system was not up to the task I swapped out the graphics card and installed a 'Radeon HD 7870 2GB GDDR5 GHz edition' graphics card. The Argo software looks spectacular when running the Student Demo but unfortunately every time I close the Capture software my PC goes to a 'Blue Screen Of Death' and reboots. I am importing a floor plot from a DWG file. The file comes in HUGE. Like 100x the size of my plot. How do I know how to scale this properly, so it's the right size in my plot I'm guessing it has something to do with the Drawing Unit But how do I know what to put in there Thank you so much! I'm working with an architect, so I want to make sure things are positioned exactly correct.

hey guys, just wondering if AI is supported in capture i cant seem to see its output in captures media stream.

I have Argo basic edition. When I import a DWG file the light fixtures import as 2D symbols and the surfaces import with no textures. I tried a 3DS DWG and the surfaces imported (no texture) but in this case no light fixtures at all. I am starting from Vectorworks, and don't have any other file extensions available. Thanks for your help!.
