Hello i own capture argo extended edition and i have it installed on my primary macbook pro 15' 2015(runs great) and my macbbok pro 2012 that runs superslow and i want to register my license to my main pc where i run my backup titan software instead of the 2012 macbook. Can i get help transferring the license as soon as possible because im doing a gig with it on friday Mvh David

Hey, I'm trying to control my Tiger Touch via Capture (ie set positions) and I have set up the sACN universes on the Tiger and the BSR e1.31 on capture as DHCP but I still can not control the the fixtures. My friend said a small black record icon appears at the bottom right of the screen next to tools but I have not seen this. Please help. Thanks!

Hi i cannot get capture to see magic HD as a media server, magicq is seeing the server and passing thumbnails and live preview , capture is seeing chamsys universes but i cannot get capture to see hd as a video source,,,,,,any ideas

Hi,So, when i go on Paper Mode in top view and select fixtures, software freezes for a while. It is practically impossible to any changes in top view. Other views work fine. My Graphics Card is NVidia GeForce 840M. I`m pretty sure that is the cause of problems, since same showfiles work fine on other computers. I`m running on Argo version 21.1.15 and Windows 10, but the problem has been systematically on previous versions of software as well as on Windows 8.1. Anyone have same problems, or know...

I am planning on connecting my console to Capture, but the console only outputs DMX and not ARTnet. So do I just need to get a DMX to ARTnet converter These converters aren't cheap so I just want to make sure it will work. Also, Is a network switch required to connect a console to Capture Or can I just connect directly from the ARTnet output to the computer's LAN port Thanks

Hi, I've been using Capture Extended for laser and lighting console programming. I'm currently programming a tour that has a video wall and would like to see this video feed in Capture. On the tour I'm using a GrandMA2 to send DMX to control video clips stored on an ImageCue. The ImageCue sends either HDMI or DVI to an Elation scaler, which sends video to the wall.
