Hi guys, Pc windows 8 Gtx 1080 4ghz cpu, 32 gig ddr4 running atlas symphony I'm trying to import a dwg for an upcoming show which is pretty large. The dwg file size is about 40mb but once it is imported, the capture process is sitting on 7.2gig of ram. I know that atlas is capable of running over 2gig now 64 bit is supported, so why is it running so slowIf I select an object to delete it takes about a minute for the selection to be shown, all other aspects of the software are also running e...

Hi I'm pretty new to Capture but this one's driving me a bit mad! How do you exchange (not add) a gel in a conventional fixture please Just dropping one in seems to just add it and the slot frame editor doesn't seem to do much to them at all. I can't seem to see it in any of the documentation. Help please! Thanks.

Just bought my new atlas full license, but I am however in the middle of a big project on argo, and don't wanna move the file up, as I then cant open it back in argo...Does atlas and argo run side by side, or will installing atlas get rid of my argoIm running windows 8.1

Controlling camera views (not by dmx) I have just got Atlas and am trying to navigate the dockhouse demo using my Connexion Space Navigator 3d mouse. It works fine except it hits a stop and I can't navigate freely around the model. I'm guessing the camera has a fixed origin point which needs to be moved closer to the centre of the model (maybe it started out there and I have unknowingly shifted it) If this is the case, how do I tell where the origin point is and how do I move it please ...

Hello everybody, I project to buy a laptop able to run Capture Atlas. It exist a lot of gaming reference including a GTX 960M GPU. I know the passmark of this GPU is 1918 and Capture required a minimum of 2000. I would like to know if it will be enough and if Atlas will run with it Thx for your help, Bye,

Hi All, I'm new to Capture Atlas and was hoping someone could talk me through customising reports and ensuring all the data I have put into my fixtures ect was right for my reports. I am particularly in need of producing reports that can show me fixture breakdowns and summaries (e.g. total weights, total wattage ect) by bar or truss. I have googled and watched tutorials and scoured the manual but not found anything of any help. I have seen how to create a new report and the simple settings...

Large beam angles seem to cause very large 'black areas' in the live views and rendering when spill lighting is enabled. Hello, I may have found a bug. I have 5 lengths of Generic Truss 'Ladder Section', which I changed to 'Pipe Section'. No visual change when I do so, but if I quit and the re-open Capture, it has changed to pipe. Capture Atlas Solo Edition v 22.1.3 Andy

I've recently been exploring the demo version of Atlas, and am having some issues importing fixture patch data that has been exported from a Vectorworks plan - is anyone able to provide any assistance on exact export/import settings to make this work properly I feel like I've tried a multitude of combinations to get this to work to no avail.
