I receive the following error during the import process: 'Broken material library 'mtllib' statement on line 2', and object is imported but without material and texture. Is anyone else having huge issues with speed with the past 2 updates It seems to have gotten slower over the past couple of months. It is odd as I have a 3 month old MacBook Pro i9,16gb ram 2.6ghz processor with desiccated Radeon Pro 560X 4096 MB. Hi, Wonder if anyone can help me I'm having a slightly weird thing happening with my Capture atlas project and this particular fixture the Robe 100 LED beam. I just upgraded my 2018 symphony to 2019 and lost connection with my console. As soon as I downgrade back to 2018 without changing any settings it works fine. Is there some kind of new setting I need to check on version 2019 for it to work correctly

Hello I've just bought a Capture Atlas from a local dealer iDJ here in USA. I was trying to register and get a license key. So I went to the first window entered my data and was asked to save the key file. I taped a name for a file like 'Capture key' and saved it. Then, when I'm trying to install that license key it shows error - The key file has an invalid file name. Please let me know how to proceed. Hi, I've been using the Student Edition version of Capture for a few weeks, but today, when i try to open a project an alert display telling me that 'An internal error occured', so i try to start a new project, but i notice that there is no fixtures or truss in the 'library' tab.
