I upgraded to 2019 and now all my functionality of my Logitech MX 2 Master mouse is different. The zoom wheel does not zoom anymore, but will rotate the view vertically. I have looked in my Logitech settings to see if it is the issue and all appears to be the same. Have there been software updates to better utilize 3d mice I am only assuming this would be why the change. If so, How can I reset the settings inside the program so I have zoom functionality from my zoom wheel again Thank...

Hello, when I try to open a recent project (I worked on it this morning), I have this error message: 'The file size is incorect. It is either missing data or has trailing data'.  Any idea what could it be, the last time I worked on the project I closed it properly. And most importnt is there a way to retrieve the project from any backup files Thanx

The Eurolite AKKU KLS-180 is in the Fixtures list but  unfortunately is not correct as the 4 spots are missing, only the 4 par lamps are there is there an alternative that can be used

I see the Kinta fixture listed, but not Kinta FX, and the Kinta does not seem to behave the same properly with Kinta FX channels/settings.   Can you add a Chauvet DJ Kinta FX profile If this is not the right place to submit requests for fixture profiles, I applogize.  I could not find another place to submit them.   Please direct me to the proper support channel.

Hi, I have been facing some issues trying to link Capture with the ETC software on my laptop. I follow the tutorials on youtube step by step but I dont' get what I am missing. After I link the fixtures from ETC library to Capture, I go to live mode but nothing appears in the channel list. It seems Capture and ETC don't talk to each other. Am I missing something there Thank you.

I am a user who is using CAPTURE 2021. After proceeding with the virtual memory in the capture, I came to the concert hall and brought back memories. However, I realized that the (moving) direction was seriously different. Of course, you can change the direction of the moving illuminator in the concert hall to a direction suitable for memory. However, I want to show the direction of the moving lighting in the screen capture 2021. I hope the direction of the on-site illuminator is the same...

Hi, hope someone can help. I need to use a Chauvet DJ 6spot which is an 8 channel device (bar containing 6 spots), its in the fixtures list however this is the channel options im given no idea what is meant by part A mode and Part B mode - also the spots are individual it says - single unit 1 of 6

Hi, I have licensed “Martin” LJ onekey on the first windows 10 PC (latest version). LJ works fine and out puts to lights. I have a licensed Copy of Capture Quartet on a separate PC. I picked up a DMX to Ethernet adapter. I pugged the DMX adapter into the LJ node. Then plugged the other end of the Ethernet cord into the computer running Capture. No data is getting from LJ to Capture. Is there anything else I am missing Regards,

I am testing some HES Trackspots out, and the color rotation speed (when on spin) are extreemly different. When the actual light is spinning  the color wheel at ~50, Capture is only displaying ~2 (barely moving). Is there a way to fine tune, or adjust the default parameter in capture
