Hello all, I'm playing around with Capture and I have a fixture that I know has some pre-programmed macros built in to some channels (Varytec Hero Wash 300 FC) however when I enable these macros/programs via the DMX channel (I'm using MagicQ PC to control) the macro effect doesn't show in the visualizer Am I doing something wrong or does Capture support this level of detail Thank you

Good day all, I am a beginner at using Capture, and have the 2022 Student edition (which I downloaded a few days ago). I have it connected to ETC Nomad via SACN on the same computer, porting out to a newly purchased (only used for this so far) network switch. For some reason I can't work out, some of my fixtures are moving and activating of their own accord. Nothing is overlapping on my patch, and its very confusing. I watched others use this device with no problems, but I cannot seem to make it work with my full spec Macbook pro 16inch.. it works a few minutes and then starts to bog Capture down. It starts with a few missed commands and ends as an almost total freezing of Capture. 3D connexion support has not been able to solve this.. they suggested re-installing, other USB converters & hubs, nothing helped.. they gave up.. anyone had the same issue Cheers, Eric

Hi there! I have a problem with connection between capture 2022 and my chamsys mq80. My network is in 2.0.0.124 on the computer. Mq80 is 2.0.0.1 First of all, it work fine if i open a file on capture 2021! But with capture 2022, the connection do not work in a first time. If i open a project on magicQ on the same computer with the good ip, connection is ok. Hello,  I am just wondering if Capture 2021 will be fully working on the MacBook Pro with the M1 processor.  I heard there was some issues with it on Capture 2020 and I am just wondering if it will be able to run Capture 2021 at a good/high quality before I purchase my first capture license!
