Hey guys -- I have already submitted a report ticket about this to the sales@ and email lines, so I apologize to be posting here as well but I just wanted to make sure my issue is seen.

Rather simple issue -- My debit card (and other people's cards who I've tried to use from the same state and bank) is failing to authorize in the DIBS payment process pop-up. I can assure you my account is not locked, I have adequate funds, and there should be no issues with a purchase using currency conversion (I have successfully done it in the past on the same card and same bank).

Again, this is happening with multiple cards from my bank so I don't think its me or my banks end of things, but I could be wrong.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? The bank is Regions using a VISA Debit Card in the USA

Thank you in advance to any help given

We have seen your tickets and you will receive personal support on your issue asap.

Keep in mind though, that since September 14, 2019, a legal change is introduced requiring all card payments online to be verified by the buyer, only a few types of payments are exempt. The verification of payments is made by the consumer, who must approve the payment with two-factor authentication. This is done by using Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, Amex SafeKey and Dankort Secured by Nets are all examples of Strong Customer Authentication."
