Hello, I am building a show in MadMapper and using Capture to visualize the project.  The show will run off an Enttec USB DMX PRO device.  When I try to connect my capture project through the USB DMX or Artnet (out of MadMapper),  I am unable to get the MadMapper data to update the lights in Capture. Does someone have a step by step way to do this  I've only seen tutorials on MM Lasers and Capture. I can also confirm the DMX data out of MadMapper is working, I'm just not sure why Capture ...

I am currently working in a location where the moving heads are not black, In the Capture fixture library, however, the available models are displayed in black. Is there a way to manually change or adjust the texture or housing color of fixtures - especially moving heads and wall lights - in Capture 2025 Thank you in advance for your support! Benjamin

Hello everyone, I need a self-luminous object / shape.  Like the generic shapes that are available in “Objects” -> “Forms”. It should be adjustable in size and have different modes.  WW CW RGB RGBW and these should then be controllable via DMX.  It would be perfect if you could then select the optics or the beam behavior, e.g. whether the beam is visible or not.  Is there already a workaround or something similar  Many thanks Greetings Benjamin Translated with DeepL.co...

Is it possible to erase the items in the recent part of the library

Good Morning, I have the solo version of capture and using Clarity on PC with a wing board to do some programming. In the venue I am currently using, I patch into the venue fixtures on universe A, then our floor package on universe B, the total channels is under 512. I am using the artnet connection for control when programming away from the venue.. Is there a way to have both universes working to program Thanks

Hi,  another newbie here.  I have a few LED Fixtures from Unknown vendors. I'm sure there is a suitable fixture in the generic section. But how do I see the DMX Layout of the fixtures in the Library There should be some view where I can see which DMX Channel is mapped to which funktion.  Am I too blind to see it RalpH

Hi, I'm having trouble changing the scale of my symbol key to match the scale of my plan on the plot. For the plan there is an input box to set the scale which in my case is almost always 1:25 but no matching input box for the symbol key. I have discovered changing the text size affects the symbol size but to get to 1:25 the text has to be ~38 point. Great for reading the symbol key text from across the room but I'm clearly approaching this from the wrong direction. If anyone could let me kno...

My Capture says locked, I have been working on a project for a few hours and can not save it. It says I have to go to the website to unlock, I did but it will not allow me to unlock..it says - interval. I have no idea what this means. I also have to request in email to support to get it unlocked but they do not reply. this is absolutely pathetic.
