Hi, I'm having trouble changing the scale of my symbol key to match the scale of my plan on the plot. For the plan there is an input box to set the scale which in my case is almost always 1:25 but no matching input box for the symbol key. I have discovered changing the text size affects the symbol size but to get to 1:25 the text has to be ~38 point. Great for reading the symbol key text from across the room but I'm clearly approaching this from the wrong direction. If anyone could let me kno...

My Capture says locked, I have been working on a project for a few hours and can not save it. It says I have to go to the website to unlock, I did but it will not allow me to unlock..it says - interval. I have no idea what this means. I also have to request in email to support to get it unlocked but they do not reply. this is absolutely pathetic.

Hello all !!! I tried to replicate the steps that Lars doing in the video 19 of the capture learning serie in order to control camera positions via DMX. I believe I followed the steps one by one correctly, and for some reason I can't figure out, I'm unable to change the camera position. Here's a short video showing my process. Maybe someone can tell me why I'm not getting the expected results. And yes, english is not my mother tongue☺️.  Thanks a lot for your help ! I have some movers that are just not very 'fast' If I tell them to move back and forth every 3 seconds, they change directions every 3 seconds but they don't travel as far as they would if I allowed them 10 seconds to move the same DMX value between direction changes. Basically, they accept the changes to when they should change, but if they don't get there in time and the direction change command comes, they change directions before ttraveling as far as the DMX command told it too.  They'...

(Just bought Capture 2024 solo a month ago.   Finally getting it dialed in). Question: Are there more people pics/profiles that can be loaded in Personally, I don't care, but the band saw the visualizer, and a couple of them fixated on the fact that the person in it looks nothing like them.  Female drummer, female sax player.  male guitarist, etc. I'll deal if not, just curious!

Hi all !!! I'm trying to add a fixture to my design, but instead of, let's say, a source four, it brings me a square that once in the design just won't move. When I try to move it, it goes right back at the centre. It happens to me sometimes. Any idea Thanks a lot ! Pace
