Blender to Capture

I'm still very much learning capture so be gentle. I'm looking for a way to import a blender project I've been sent so I can work with it in Capture. I'm a video guy so I appreciate I am not using a lot of the features in Capture, but I'm looking for the best way to bring the model in so I can map an NDI material to the screen elements whilst keeping the photorealistic look that comes from blender.

What is the best process to do this? I'm currently using glb but perhaps I'm being dim (no pun intended) but all my elements and rigging come in black

I would use gltf, as that is the most complete and the most modern file format that both Capture and Blender supports.
