(Student edition) Can't open file emailed from another computer

Hi! We're trying this product out for use at our community theatre. We've installed teh student edition on my pc, my wife's pc, and now the booth pc at the theatre.I created a file - can actually see it at http://ktu.me/manoflamancha/CapturePolar/ - there's two files there, both of which-- well, sorry, getting ahead.I created two files on my pc and sent both to my wife's pc, where they work. Can't drag and drop items from library

Hi,
All over a sudden I can not drag and drop items into my drawings from the Library any more. I can move things that are already in my drawings and I also can see live rendering, but I can't add anything.
I am running Capture 2.7.11 on OS X Lion 10.7.3 and yesterday it worked fine. I tried repair disk permissions, reboot and changed the graphics card ( Mac Book Pro 15 inch Late 2008).
Any ideas

Ion OLE connecting on a mac

Hi i am trying to get capture to connect to the ion OLE on the same mac running os lion, i have connected to an Airport Extreme bass station and both programs are seeing the ethernet card and ip address but there are no universes showing up in capture. Where am i going wrong do i somehow need to fool the software into thinking its on 2 separate machines with different ip address and if so how do i do that

Graphics Refresh - Is this normal?

Hello Capture,
wow what a fantastic product!! I can now work at home designing on my Ion offline editor and stroll into work with show in hand....Fantastic!!
The only issue I'm having at the moment is the continuous refresh of my lighting rig where all lights patched will flash momentarily and my movers looks as though they are doing a very fast reset.
Is this normal is this an output issue from my ETC PC Is there a way to fix this.
Not really a deal breaker, just a little annoying...

MAC250 not moving

I just finished a show last week using MagicQ. Yesterday I bought Capture and created my stage in it. Then I ranthe show while connected to Capture. Everything appears to work except that the 4 MAC 250's do not move. The dimmers on the 250s open and close and all the PAR cans work fine. I'm running both programs on a Dell laptop. Ideas
