between two pc

hello,
I installed the Capture Polar on your desktop PC and notebook PC on Compulite Vector. the two computers are networked via LAN swith. In the vector pc dmx protocol is active both vc's and artnet. The Capture Polar does not see the vector pc. The network adapters are set with automatic IP and I also tried with static IP, I also disabbilitato antivirus and firewall. What is missing!

well I am running windows Vista with an Intel i5 Core processor. 4 GB of RAM. It doesn't really want to display alpha view. and it doesn't display the other very well. when I check the processing its running very well. its really not even thinking very hard. it just doesn't want to display anything.
What do I do

Connecting Avolites Titan to Capture Demo...not working

Hi Guys,
So basically im a little frustrated as everything is pointing to a working system.. apart from the fact i cant make it work...
iv loaded up the 'Open Air' demo file on computer A, then open Avo Titan Mobile on computer B. These are connected via a switch.
When i goto DMX settings in the Avolites software teh 4 universes for capture show up already.. i assign these to the universes in the avo.
I then patch the fixtures as per the schedule in Capture... but nothing.. the sho...

Hello, we are evaluating Capture Polar for our college. While we have had much success there is one little snag I need to clear up to move forward with the project.
I have downloaded your latest software for my newish iMac (10.7.5). We use Emulation/Cuelux for our lighting software. Hi. When you use frost at this device or any device with frost. Why does it seems like it doubles the power of the fixture. It should work more like a zoom, but with soft edges and not increasing light output.And another question. Is there anyway possible to manually chance the maximum output of the lamp without messing with programing at desk. I feel that all led powered fixtures are underpowered in Capture. right now i feel like 30W led is as powerful as 30W halogen bulp.

I'm using the Enttec USB pro dongle to input DMX.
But whit a Lightfactory on the end no DMX seems to enter Capture.
If I run the Enttec Utility I can test the dongle and can see channels moving in the screen so I know the desk works.It isn't appear in External universes listCan help meThanks

no fixtures in plot
