All connected, but no light output

Hi all,
I'm using the Capture demo to run a .c2p file created on a license in the ETC office. I'm connected to the Eos offline editor just fine, all EDMX universes showing and connected, patch correct, and all Live Information shows as responding to commands in the offline editor; i.e. each fixture shows 'F' or varying intensity, colour dots, etc as commanded via the offline console. However, despite the live information being correct I'm getting no visualizer light or movement out of any of ...

Sketchup .skp import

Hey Guys,
I usually draw with AutoCAD and import the drawing into Capture via dwg-Import function and that works fine for me, but now I have a little problem, two of my trainees which are in their third year, have a project on their own, but they can't afford to buy AutoCAD so they used Sketchup free Version, so they can't export .dwg or .3ds only save as .skp or Collada .dae. My Question is, is there a way, besides drawing it again in AutoCAD to get this drawing into Capture. Thanks for your h...

How to use a picture as a material ?

Good morning,
I'm triyng to use a jpeg picture as a material in Capture, and it say's ' can't open the picture because of its format'
I've changed resolutions several times, but it doesn't work.
So I have two questions :
1 - Is it possible to use a picture as a material
2 - If yes, what is the right format and size to use

export video file - basic edition

ok - maybe this isnt avail on basic - but if it is I cant figure it out -
have show programmed connected with hog4 - have designed show set to music - want to export the visualization of the show to show a client as proof of concept -
now I know I can just use a third party screen capture tool to record it - however was thinking it was a built in function

Heloo, my name is Rrnato Machado. I'm a Mac OSX User and alight designer from Brasil and I'm studing the possibility of buy a license of capture. For this I'm trying to woork with Demo version. I have two questions:
How can I get a Black Out Even when the spots are not flashing, I always can see the venue and stuff.
If my Venue has an Avolite Peral 2004 console, for example. May I connect the console with Capture How Witch interface I mst use

Vectorworks to Capture DWG file

I am attempting to import a DWG Vectorworks 2013 file into Capture. It all imports fine, but I can't seem to add fixtures to my drawing, nor can I get it to notice that I have lighting fixtures in the drawing! I am a new user so maybe this is part of the issue! But HELP!

Capture & Arkaos on one Mac

Hi!
I'm working with Capture connected via Artnet to my GrandMA2, that works fine. On the same MacPro I have Arkaos Mediamaster running also connected via Artnet to start my videos via DMX. Is it now possible to connect Capture with Arkaos that I can see the Videos in my Visualisation, because when arkaos is running and I start Capture, there is no external Media listed, what I'm I doing wrong
