Visualisation problem with Robe Pointe

Hi there,
Im lighting a show at the moment and i have 4 Robe Pointe in the show, everything is fine except when you want to use Prisms You can't tell what the fixture is doing because on both versions of the Prism's look the same Am i doing something wrong or is this a fault with the programme.
If someone can help that would be great.

obj import does not work

basic user, have had no trouble importing .obj files in the past. now all of a sudden i get a message when i try to import an object. the message reads 'the file does not apear to contain two or more columns'.
i have tried to import obj files i have used in previous projects and they dont work. i have made new obj files in sketch up and they dont work either. i am running the latest version of capture. i have also tried starting a new show file in capture and it still wont import obj or any oth...

can&39;t save my new project

Hello Lars,
I own an extended license and if I remember correctly, that allows me to run Capture on two different computers. I recently built a computer specifically for Capture and loaded my key file.
My name comes up on the license header but I am not allowed to save.
Any thoughts

Connecting Capture to Offline ION with same computer

So when I'm on the road I want to us the offline editor on my laptop to run both Capture and the ION off line editor on my computer. I have looked through the forums and tried different things but to be honest I am totally lost. Can I run both from the same computer I tried different settings and I can't get any external universes to show up. I really tried everything and have just come to a wall. Thanks. Map to extents

Perspective camera zoom stops working?

Hello!
Curious issue with the camera in perspective view: I tend to use the mouse wheel to zoom the camera in/out. Often, the camera appears to get stuck, and my mouse wheel won't zoom in any further. I can still roll the mouse wheel backward to zoom out.
Guessing that I'm maxing out some parameter of the camera, but I don't know how to adjust that. (I can still grab the camera in another view and drag it to the view I want.)
Can someone shed light on what's happening

Any body having problems connecting V8 to capture. I have had it working a few times and the citp between desk and server is good. But I'm having issues getting it to connect on a regular basis. any hints when i patch something it appears on capture but when i try and use the fixture it just won't work.
