Dual screen mode

Hi,
I&180;m running capture on a laptop with an external screen. It seems that the onlys way capture can work with two screens is by stretching the desktop. I would like the screens to be in dual mode (ie. configured separately). This mainly to be able to use different resolutions but also because I want to keep my entire 'standard desktop' on my primary screen. When I use the abovementioned setting, the secondary screen freezes it&180;s image. (only in capture though)

Invisible walls

When using a standard stage (ex. black box), I would like to have the option of making the wall closest to me invisible. ie the one currently blocking my view.
Yes, I am aware of Layers, this would be a function that actively chooses wich wall to make invisible depending on my point of view.

e:cue connectivity

Hi,
I've got a problem connecting e:cue to capture. Although everything is configured properly (IP, Firewalls deactivated, etc) e:cue always tells me 'Error: not available'.
Has anybody an idea what I'm doing wrong

Could not initialize translation support

Hi
Firstly, let me explain my setup. I am using a highend PC for visualizing and want to set up my Macbook running Parallels to do the CAD side of things on site.
I have installed Capture on both now, with the PC being activated and fully working.
My Mac however has errors. 'Could not initalize translation support'
I have had a quick look at the file structor of both system and cant see any difference.
However, when I look in the session log, I see that its trying to load the translation f...

Keyfile?

Hi
I purchased Capture last night at 10.30pm, UK time. I expected an instant download of the Keyfile, to unlock capture.
I knew reading the site that I would have to email Capture some infomation to unlock the software, but I still havnt even got the Keyfile.
How long is normal to wait Ive emailed shock solutions and Capture, but I guess because its christmas eve, there having a few days off work (lucky for some).

How about making it possible to open *.skp-files in capture An easy to use modeller for us who always end up having to create our own objects.
Or perhaps a plugin for sketchup so that it exports capture-format

Video files as texture

Would it be possible to use videofiles as textures For me, it would be overkill setting up a whole video-in-system just to visualize a looping film in an exhibition. I would love to be able to add a simple .avi as a texture to the front of my flatscreen-object.
For starters, an animated gif would work.

Moveing objects locking

I am having a problem with “objects” and moving them
Even simple objects like “Actor” if I move it around too much the whole program locks up for several minutes and can even go to Program not responding. ( CPU is showing less than 50 )
I have tried turning OFF “Live” fields but it doesn’t seem to make any difference.
The problem is worse when I group a whole heap of objects I have designed together
I am running from a Dell M65 with Intel Centrino Duo 2Mhz with 2GB ram with a NVDIA Qu...

Hi Guys,not sure of the 'official' avenue to request some more features, so here are a couple of items that i would like to see in the plots-the option to add a key-the option to add a scale-is it possible to customise the plot symbols (what info is shown on the plot and also the symbols thenselves)I do understand you are busy working away at stuff but i think if i dont say it i cant keep hoping!!!!!!!Keep up the good work though!Robert.
