Hi Capture Team, Hi everybody, I'm a frequent wysiwyg user. I tried Capture 2020 during the first lockdown, and now I don't want to go back to Wyg. I really enjoy the workflow and performance of Capture. But something make me sad. Could you please add a 'Linear Scale' feature directly in Capture I know ther is a sketchup plugin to do this, but i think it is a big waste of time for such a simpl1e thing... I know you are working on fancy 3D stuff for 2021, but printing nice plots with ...

I'm familair with getting my design/patch out of capture and into Grandma2.  What's the best method for going the other way  I have a show patched in GMA2 and the fixtures have 3d position data in GMA2.  I can properly export my patch and import into capture, but none of the fixtures are positioned in 3D space correctly. Hi I wonder if it is not possible to make 'snapshorts' a larger number of fixtures than one's Capture linces, how can that be I would prefer that 'snapshort' does not refer to DMX values, but to the output that your 'shadeview' shows.

Hi, I have just bought my solo 2020 and installed it on my work desktop. I’d like to install it on my current laptop but it is being replaced at the end of the month. How do I move the license from my old to the new laptop so I can start using it now Thanks for your help.

I am thinking of getting an iPAD cause I am very amazed by the Capture IOS version. Before this investment, I would like to know: 1. How good the peformance (fps) or how many lights it can rendered without feeling lag for the top model of the ipad 2. Will there be any lag if the iPAD only connect to the console using a wireless network Any advice thanks -stephen

Hello, I work on PC with capture 2020.0.54 and i have send a presntation zip file to artist working on mac. They tell me that it does not work and ask me from wich version it could run on mac I can not help them because i do not have a mac at home. So could you tell me what is the oldest OSX version and if there is something special to do before running the presentation app Thank you for your reply!

Hi! I´m starting to use the dmx movers and I have the question if there is a way to patch an object with two differents dmx movers, with a mover and rotation one. In the proyect I´m workin on I need an object to move over the 'x', 'y' and 'z' axis, but also rotate 360º over the 'y' axis. I would be glad if anyone could help me. Thanks! (I´m using the Capture 2020 Duet Edition)

When I apply texture to a cube, why does it only to the front side and not wrapping around the whole cube

Hi there, If I try to export the Fixture Data as CSV File, I have noticed discrepancies between the exported file, and the Project Fixtures data, under the Fixtures tab. The fixtures in the exported data appear to be in a strange order, different from what I see in the Project Fixture tab, causing some issues in my workflow. I have found a workaround for now but it would be great to know if I am doing something wrong, or if this is a bug I am using Capture 2019 Student Edition V2019.2....
