After looking through the documentation and watching the videos, I'm curious to know if the feature exists to measure the light intensity at a point (or on a surface) in the design.  My general focus is on production and lighting for television, and it seems the calculations and rendering engine does all the math necessary to generate a result to know how many footcandles or lux are falling on a face or setpiece. New to the software... I want to make a small stage setup that includes two Equinox gigabars. Though the gigabar is available in the fixtures they are fixed in direction. I am unable to adjust the direction of each of the four lamps like I can with the real thing...what would be by best options please...should I look for four individual lamps and group them together If so what would make a similar alternative lamp Are there any Light or speaker 'tripod' stands available to download.

This may already be on the wish list but could we get an RGBAW mode for the texture generator  Thanks, Pat

When attempting to print my design the image appeares too small or zoomed out. How ca I adjust the scale, or is ther a way to crop the plot so it zooms to the full extents of the paper chosen. Ive tried printing 8.5x11 to a PDF, I get a pop up displaying that the paper size is set to.092'X.071' how do i change this. I am having some problems using and displaying the Reflection Plane in Capture 2021.0.37. After dragging and dropping the Reflection Plane in my design and alligning to where I want the reflection to happen, I select the material my Reflection Plane is overlayed, but I cannot find the Smoothness parameter on the Material tab anymore. Could someone please assist on how to use the Reflection Planes in Capture 2021 I have looked on Capture 2021 manual but the documentation is a big vague....

Hi, I´m new to this software. I have just started with my first project,importing it from sketchup. The preview is working ok, and in live mode i can see everything rendered. But when importing the model to the project, in live mode i can not see anything (everything is dark although the model is there). What i am missing Thanks in advance

More or less got my head around Capture except for one thing, What do the cameras do in Capture I am able to take a snapshot (still) but if i select 'Record Movie and select the frame rate, once I press record then what Everrything in Capture is frozen and inacsesable until I press Stop...what is supposed to happen......

Is there a way and if not could we add it to adjust the beam fall off on fixture in live mode Realistic or not there are plenty of times where i'd like to be able to have a fixture limit its visible beam to 20' or any other length to similuate different real world atmosphere conditions, etc. Please excuse my stupudity if this feature already exists.

I have used some Capture fixtures of lights I have lying around to check what they look like in Capture and in reality. It seems the cheaper the light the further away from its true representation it is. I have a few really cheap QTX MW-6 moving head wash lights, the real light shows a faded wash on my ceiling, however when I use the Capture MW-6, it shows a very bright and strong beam more on par with a very expensive and powerful spotlight not a cheap 30W LED wash, Iv found this is the case...
