Hi,
I'm tryng to buy "Capture Smartsoft edition" but it gives to me this
error after I've written my Vat Number: "A technical error occured
while validating the VAT number. Please try again later!". I write
from Italy.
What's the matter?

Hi Cristiano,
I'm sorry for this inconvenience. In order to perform VAT number validation, our webshop relies on a service called VIES, which is maintained by the European Union. Unfortunately this service is sometimes not available and there is not much we can do about it. It can be that it is only a matter of minutes before it works again, so please just try again!
