Hi Lars
I got a Hippo Portamus and a Capture Extended on Mac connected as well as a Compulite Vector Blue. All over Artnet, VC and CITP.
When I startup Capture Polar in auto networking mode, the Connection between Vector Blue and Capture over Artnet and VC is working fine. But Capture finds no CITP from the Hippo.
When I startup Capture in Artnet Network adress like 2.10.1.30, then Hippo is connected over CITP with Capture but no Artnet and VC s possible!
So it's like either or!
thanks Matthias

Hello Matthias,
Generally speaking you should never have to change from the Automatic setting to a specific interfaces unless you're using multiple physical adapters. Could you please provide me with the full the IP addresses and network masks used by all machines, and to which network interfaces they belong if you have more than one on any machine?

Hi Lars
So the system is as follow:
Mac Book Pro with Capture Polar Extended: Network is 2.10.139.1 / WLan is DHCP
Laptop with Portamus: Network is 2.10.90.1 / No Wlan
Console Vector Blue: Network is 2.10.149.1 / No Wlan
Subnet Mask is on all: 255.0.0.0
Workgroup is on all: KERNFUSION
It dosen't matter if I enable or disable the Wlan on the Mac Pro. Same is on a Mac Pro Tower.
Do you need more informations?
Thanks Matthias

Hi Matthias,
Yes, I would like to know if there are any problems recorded in Capture's session log file, located at
/Library/Log/Capture.log and what version of Mac OS X you're running.
