Hi Vangelis,
I know you can add a material now, but I haven't seen how to simply change the colour quickly, in the way we would do with a normal object.
Is the intention we make a small image of just a solid colour, to overlay as a material? It's a bit time consuming.
On a similar topic, is it possible for a future release to be able to split up layers in an imported dwg? I recently had a set designer send me his model and he had lumped lots of things together in the same layer, so I had no control over them with the motion controllers. He was surprised when I went back to him to ask him to separate them out for me.
It would be great if this sort of thing was possible within Capture.
Cheers
Colin

Hi Colin,
The coloring issue is one that has been brought to our attention recently and we will see what we can do about it!
DWG files are basically a big ugly bag of lines, each individually selectable. Unless the author has bothered to use "blocks", I'm afraid this is the best thing we can do at the moment.
