We're a software company that mostly works office hours. That means that on weekends and holidays, especially significant ones such as Christmas or Easter, our availability isn't very high, if any at all.

Does support mean, responding within an hour? Look at the timestamps of your posts! You are quite impatient...

That being said, if you are on Capture 2023 or before, installing a license on too many devices or swapping it around too many times can cause a license to lock. In that case, you have to wait until the holidays are over to resolve the issue.

If you are on Capture 2024 (or later) you should be able to manage your licenses yourself by logging in to the website. Of course, there could be a little bug in the system. In which case you'd have to wait for the next office day to get support.
