Hi, I am using Capture Demo Version, still waiting for the authorization to purchase a full copy, with my etc ion in anticipation of the arrival of our new mac quantum profiles. I have patched desk and capture to extended version and have control over everything , except the internal macros. I was wondering if this is a limitation of the demo I am very new to the Quantum Profiles, so it could just be me. If anyone has any advice, I would be most grateful. Regards N Q

hi. when i am using capture just to make changes to the plot and not for any 3D rendering i often have several seconds of lag after clicking on an object before it becomes selected and i can make changes. this happens every time i select a unit. the program has run fine on this machine in the past. there doesn't seem to be any other performance problems i have already tried turning the rendering settings right down (being unsure if it was trying to render in the background), minimizing all the w...

Hi! I just noticed, that the zoom-parameter of the A8 by JB-Lighting does not respond to DMX-values correctly. It seems to be reversed. A DMX-value of 0 results in 48° and a DMX-value of 255 results in 8°. The fixture control pane works as expected, but as soon as I control it via ETC EOS Nomad, the zoom controls are reversed. Hi, I've got CITP running between Chamsys and Capture Nexum and the tab on Project console link shows it's on Chamsys MagicQ. But pressing the 'View fixture patch', it shows nothing in there. What am I missing in order to get the talk back between Chamsys and Nexum

So I worked out how to get Vectorworks data into Capture, but somethings strange is happening with my drawing units. So my VW 2017 drawing is in mm, but my Position data in Capture is in metre. Could anyone shed some light on this or guide me in the right direction. Thank you.. Florian
