Artnet Visualization VERY Slow and Error on shutdown (Crashed Thread: 7 ArtNet EventManager)

I'm having the Same issue on Capture Atlas 22.1.10 & Capture Nexum 23.1.10
I checked the artnet coming in in the the network and computer with ArtnetViewer and it comes in at the normal speed, but when i open Capture and set the Render View it just doesn't update the lights at the speed it should, it updates every 10 seconds aprox. Any ideas

Maps to extents is greyed out

Atlas Glitching on Free-Flight view

Boots up fine, everythnig works fine until I middle click on the mouse for free-flight and the software freezes and starts a very slow glitch..1 flash every 3s until I exit the software or it white-screens.
I'm running Windows 10 and I've updated my graphics card (GTX1080) to the latest driver and I've uninstalled and reinstalled, applied run as Administrator and still nothing.
Last time I used Atlas was around 10 days ago, worked fine then as well.
I think it might be a windows update that ...

Import Sketchup model

Hello, First time I am having ago at importing a model from Sketchup, when I try to import in Capture Atlas I get failed to load error. Any ideas what I may be doing wrong Is there something I need to do in Sketchup to my model

No light coming from Elation opti quad pars

hey guys im having a problem with some elation opti quad pars. for some reason i am getting no light from them in capture. I tried every mode for it and i can see the dmx commands changing but nothing on screen. All my other lights are working fine.Im using it manually right now not connected to my console. And I have disable console link on. And I made sure the layer is enabled and nothing is blocking it.All my other lights are working in the project. Just not the opti pars. Tried all of their ...

Lights disappear

Hello there
I've installed Capture Nexum student version but it's having some strange issues. I patch some lights (moving lights) and start using them, but after few minutes the light disappear and I cannot switch them on again. The only chance I have, is to restart the software.
I'm using Capture in conjunction with Etc Eos Nomad on iMac 27' late 2013 running 10.13.2 OsX
Any idea before I buy the software i'd love to be sure this problem won't happend anymore.

iv noticed in the last couple of months when using capture when you select a fixture or a part etc you get this ghosting, iv attached a image to describe what I'm talking about
Is this normal and can i turn it off
