hi , i´m quite happy with capture 2018 but unfortunately unable to use video. it shows a non moving image and if i map to extens there is not even an image left. the projector shows no test image, ect. the video functions on my macbook pro /10.13.4 simply disappeared :( also the materials don´t care about the luminance. once i turn the light off it goes pitch black. but maybe i just missed some settings. i tried to attach my file and 2 screenshots to this message but no luck :( best peter

Are stage decks broken in 2018 In Nexum it created a deck with 4 legs. In 2018 it's just a flat surface with a void underneath... Loading a file created in Nexum (with the legged stage) in 2018 makes the legs disappear also. Gareth

Hi there, (Nexum Symphony latest version) I checked this export presentation thingy. Everything works fine on my computer (Mac) If i send this presentation via mail or dropbox to the client, they couln´t open it. Any Ideas Thanks and cheers Kilian

Please advise - I am able to export model and data, except for the fixture drawing block, which displays as 2D rather than 3D. In VW DWFG export options, 3D settings are selected. Is there a 2D setting that should be deselected

when importing data into the student version, the devices are not identify, and if you do the same in the trial version, then everything is OK Macbook pro 2017 radeon pro 460, i7 , high Sierra capture version 23.1.12 is data import supported in the student version

Hi all, With Capture Argo I was able to select an othographic view in LIVE mode and it was displayed correctly. In Nexum this is no longer possible, when selecting orthographic and LIVE, it doesn't switch to orthographic, it remains as a perspective view. I've tried this on a Mac Pro and also a Macbook Pro. It doesn't work on both computers. Best, Philippe

I feel like I am missing incredibly simple here. I drop in a generic pipe and place a number of fixtures on the pipe. The big purple blue dot appears when I place them to snap them on the pipe. Then, I go to move the pipe but the fixtures do not move with it. I can group them and then they will all move together, but I lose the ability to manually enter placement dimensions. If I enter new x,y,z coordinates, it applies them to each individual item and not the center point of the group. My use ...

Hi I am working in both 2018 Symphony and Student edition. I have created Filters to hide layers, but even when layers are hidden the invisible object is blocking light and casting shadows. I imported my model and objects from SketchUp 2018. Any way to fix this THANKS!

I just opened my first show into Capture 2018 after changing to DirectX setting and have noticed that luminance doesn't seem to have carried over in the materials. Doesn't seem to be adjusting when I change the level either, just dark. Works on OpenGL. I didn't see anything in the Rendering settings that might help. I am also noticing some steppiness in general in both versions. Not a huge show and render settings turned down. Have 3-4 universes worth of stuff. Windows 10 Pro, DirectX 12, Nvid...

Hi I can't get my MA Command PC to work with Capture. The Avolites mobile connects instantly. The PC Command and the Capture computer (MacBook) are connected with Ethernet. Thanks, Johan
