I just opened my first show into Capture 2018 after changing to DirectX setting and have noticed that luminance doesn't seem to have carried over in the materials. Doesn't seem to be adjusting when I change the level either, just dark. Works on OpenGL. I didn't see anything in the Rendering settings that might help. I am also noticing some steppiness in general in both versions. Not a huge show and render settings turned down. Have 3-4 universes worth of stuff. Windows 10 Pro, DirectX 12, Nvid...

Hi I can't get my MA Command PC to work with Capture. The Avolites mobile connects instantly. The PC Command and the Capture computer (MacBook) are connected with Ethernet. Thanks, Johan

Can anyone tell me how to import the xml to the MA2 once exported from capture2018 I’ve tried quite a few times but the MA2 doesnt seem to like importing the xml via the cd editsetup > import “filename” at layer(s) method. I’ve noticed there’s quite a lot less info in the capture xml compared to one exported from the desk for example but that might be fine. Many Thanks in advance.

I recently purchased new laptop pc from Asus, Zenbook Pro ux550ve Specs are Intel Core i7-7700HQ, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti, 512 Gt M.2 SSD, 16 Gt DDR4. Windows 10 When i try move camera on plot / live view my screen goes black and computer wont respond anything for couple of minutes, then screen comes back like half of it and everything is slow and i need to re-boot computer. I'm curious what changed between the 2 versions when rendering perspective view plots Fixtures and gear look extremely crisp and detailed when rendering from Argo. When rendering the exact same viewports in Nexum all the fixtures and gear have now lost the detail and just look like blobs with outlines. Hi all, If my media fixture has an NDI source selected, when the file is exported as a presentation, the fixture loses the selected source and display the test image. Is there a way to reselect the NDI source when in presentation mode Best, Philippe

I've just purchased Nexum and have found that my Atlas files aren't opening in Nexum. As soon as I click on the file from the previous version the program crashes. Please help!

I managed to delete my smoke box in Capture Atlas/Nexum without noticing, I saved the file and now I have no way that I can find to adjust the smoke level in the file. Thoughts

Hi, I was trying out the Showtec Beam FX. As this head has 3 LED's that can be a bundled beam or the beams can be opened up so you have 3 small sperate beams. But looks like the fixture in the library is not having the possibility to have seperate beams only wash look a like is visualized.
