Hi everyone, I've just purchased a license and am getting to grips with things. I really like the plots and paperwork side of the software and this will be very useful to me for the work I do. However at the moment I'm noticing that certain fixtures I use - Chauvet Rogue R1 Wash and Colorband Pix for example - don't have the correct symbols when opening up the plot view (please see picture below). Am I doing something wrong or are the symbols simply not in the software If not am I able to load...

I'm looking for tips on how to manage positioning fixtures on truss. Currently i want to evenly spread 8 fixtures around a 4m circle of box truss. I want the fixtures to be on the outer/front chord facing forward (the circle is vertical, facing forward at the audience. Any tips on how to select preferred chord, whether fixture is hanging straight out or spun 90° and how to make them hang evenly around circular truss if possible. Cheers for any help.

Hi, I currently use Wysiwyg and was thinking of moving to Capture. First I have some questions. Can Capture tell you the total power used by the lighting rig and create other power reports ie. Total load per circuit I can see there is a power rating for fixtures in ‘Equipment reports’ but no mention of power in the fixture properties. Would you have to do this yourself by exporting to MS Excel Can reports be created showing weights for individual trusses or areas Can anyone show me an example...

Hello Capture Team,Hope things are going welll! :)If it's not possible to show focus notes of fixtures in Fixture Reports, can this be added in future releases of Argo, Atlas and Nexum It would be nice to carry the report while doing a focus call of a rig, or having electricians rough a prefocus before flying pipes out to trim.ThoughtsRegards,Johnny

I would really like to be able to import floor plans (in pdf) to start plotting from there. Could this please be made possible, or is it already and am I missing somethingFor me this ws the default way to work in Vectorworks.
