I am experiencing a problem when I launch Capture 2020 on Windows 10. Since updating to 2020.0.42, anytime I click on the icon to launch Capture, a window pops up, asking me to install Capture. Since Capture is already installed, I I click on 'no' and then Capture opens normally. It seems like that Capture 2020 icon launches the installer.exe, instead of the application itself It might not be it, but I am bit confused and never seen this before. What should I do

Hi, I'm part of a virtual production working party at a leading educational body. We're creating a virtual theatre, which would integrate with Capture, and take info like beam-angles, and other fixture information, to help render theatrical lighting within Unreal Engine. We're thinking we can get most of the info we'll need (generic lighting focus info) from the C2P file from Capture. Is there a document which descripes on a bit/byte level how the C2P file is constructed Many thanks...

Hello! please explain how to patch for Capture video player in ETCNomad or LAC Clarity I do not understand what type of device to assign to control the intensity of the dimmer. Capture Student Edition 2020. Thanks!

Capture 2019 Showtec Chimp 300 lighting desk Phantom 30 LED beam & Phantom 130 spot I have created an acurate model of a real world showroom space we have created. After adding the fixtures and orienting them (hopfully corectly) they do not match the real world lighting. Seems like the beams are are 90deg out. As the desk and capture use the same Atlabase database not certain ow this can happen. Checked the pan and tilt inverse on a couple of the fixtures which are OK so at a bit of a loss ...

Hi, Is it possible to save files created in Capture 2020 in a format compatible with opening in previous capture versions I appreciate not all features will be available when working backwards in software so long as the fundamentals work.  Thanks

Hello, Ive tried searching but cannot seem to find an answer, i cannot make sparkulas 'spark' in capture live view. I have patched them in and connected to a chamsys via artnet and can see both channels of the sparkula are at full but no sparks are coming out of the fixture in live. All other lights are working as expected.  Is there a setting then needs to be enabed I've tried everything i can see and guidance would be great!

In Alpha view - and after re-orientating, zooming in / out etc. I find my 'Stage' has slipped away from the center - often with major chunks off screen. How do I 'pull' it back Or perhaps pull the grid origin (0,0) back into the vertical and horizontal center. I'm sure I did this some time back but can't find how to do it agian!
