Could you update your library to the latest available and let us know if you continue having this issue?

I wrote to support (library@capture.se) about this fixture issue on 21.08.2023.

All issues are similar: after patch fixtures doesnt work. The same problem with Clay Paky K10, K15, K20, K25 B-Eye. Also Robe Tetra 2 have similar issue after patching in Capture.

I explained to support team that bug and explain how fix it in library database. Support confirmed that, but nothing happened :(

Solution is simple: after patching (without connecting any console) just open a universe window in fixtures mode and manually change a shutter channel (11 channel) to 100% (for B-eye's) or change 15 colour mix con channel for Robe Tetra 2. Thats all. 

Hope Capture can fix that issue, or we can celebrate a universary soon))

This is on our radar, but a bit (much) more complicated than one would think. We're hoping to resolve this in Capture 2025.
