Hi, since updgrading to Capture 2023, whenever I start recording a snapshot my views freeze making it impossible to record a snapshot. I am connected to EOS and the playback is perfect but as soon as I try to record anything the views freeze, and then as soon as I stop recording the views come back.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes I have the same issue so I tried it on my old student version and it worked perfectly! Please can somene advise o a solution? Is it just a matter of re-instaling Capture?
I'm having the same problem, as soon as we start recording a Snapshot movie, it freezes the view. But after finishing the recording, the Snapshot is recorded its there, you just can't see it while recording, which makes difficult to understand what we are doing.
Could you please download the latest version of Capture 2023 where we have provided a fix for these cases?
Thanks for the update. It resolved the problem however I'm now having rendering problems that didn't exist before the re-installation. Capture keeps crashing at anything between 18% and 50% I changed the visualisation settings but this didn't fix it. Can you advise how to send the crash report to help fix it?
Could you make sure you have the latest graphic card drivers installed?
