Maybe I'm being dumb (very very possible!), but the webshop only has whiole new licences on it? I want to upgrade my Symphony licence to 2023... but can't see how?

You first need to login to our website with the same email address as the one your licence key file is registered on. Having a licence does not mean you have a website account, so you will have to sign up for one.
