I'm probably a total noob and doing it wrong... there are a million trusses in the library but i cannot find a simple floor "base plate" object to attach a single fixture to. OFC i can just manually assign the fixtue to the "Stage floor" location but then i'd be missing the base plates in the show inventory / report. What am i missing?
With Capture 2022 you may choose the Base Plate filter available in the Truss category of the Library tab to choose from the ones available. If you are using a specific base plate that is currently missing from our library, you may send a relevant request to library@capture.se
I am also missing something generic, which I would not describe as a base plate but rarther or (low) floor stand.
Often this is a metal frame in an H-shape, to wich the G-clamp of a fixture attaches. As these things are generally custom build by the LX-team, they should be under Generic in the Trusses library.

Those pieces are not added to generic truss items (unfortunately) but rather to Light Emotion -> Floor H-stand or ShowGear-> Floor Stand. So if you look for either of those, you can add lights on the floor in a proper way.
Nice happy to have foudn those H stands, BUT I am also looking for a typical F34 or similar Totem style ppiece that consists of a base plate with a vertical stick of truss and a top cap all assembled. Is there one of these anywhere in the library within 2024 or is this something Ih ave to build with individual parts? I have done this but then the grouping of this whole strucuture and then brekaing group sometimes would also break the actual stick of truss as well as the totem and then sometimes doesnt and it makes it a real hassle when using it behind video panels and trying to group those plus a ground totem or structure with the panels. So any info or advice on this would be much appreciated? Side note is there anywhere to get a complete list of every item in a project no matter weather its a led panel a moving head or an object? bc I cant seem to find something like this which would making selecting a very specfic set of things much easier.
