For that you must use the Filters in the Design menu.  Add a new filter and select what you want to be visible and leave unselected what you need to hide.

Filters can be used in alpha, beta and gamma views but also in plots you have the possibility to choose the filter for a view. 

Trick: make a standard plot with the information and logos for the event and duplicate this pattern to change the new one, that way it will be easier for all your plots to look like a set!
