My Capture Gripes - Please prove me wrong,:) - Capture

Hi All,

I have just done a session on an MA and Capture linked with Artnet.
I have the following gripes and would love to be proven wrong.

- A colour pallette - so that everytime I have to put color into a light i can grab it from the first tab rathe r then having to go to libraries and scroll down to the approppriate colour. The ability to be able to pick a small selection of colour for the particular design i was working on. would speed upi the drawing process immensely.

- A gobo pallette - Same as above but for gobo's.

"Save" does not save, only "Saving As" does.

Shutter blades not available in "Group" . This would be handy when focusing like fixtures in simillar positions where the relationship of the shutters is the same ie booms

Patching on some fixtures not staying even though the project was saved.

Thanks for you thoughts! Here are some answers / feedback:

Color / Gobo Palette : This features does not exist Capture, but it's a very good idea. I'm adding this to our todo-list!

Save does not work : I cannot repeat that behavior here - is that on Mac or Windows and with any project?

Framing shutters in group : This is already on the wishlist.

Patch not staying : Could this be the "save does not work" thing tricking you?

Thank you for your response.

Currently running on a HP Laptop running Windows 7.

I am really enjoying using Capture. And look forward to my next show on it.
Also look forward to the new additions as they arroive in the updated versions.
