Hi everyone, I have been given the opportunity to buy a second hand Capture 2021 Symphony licence. I have read on the website that the current owner has to request the transfer, which is fine. My question is how to do it? Is there an email address that he can send the request to, and what does he need to add to this request in order to complete the transfer? Thank you!
In order to have a licence transfer, we need to receive an email to support@capture.se from the registered with the licence email address naming the name, surname, country and email of the new owner. You may ask to include (cc) your email address to the above-mentioned request to verify the completion of the transfer.
